Casual Trekkers

Welcome to Casual Trekkers, we are Jeff and Chris.Always Take The Scenic Route

As Casual Trekkers we look forward to checking places off of our bucket lists a few trips each year. In essence we are part-time travelers who enjoy a bit of hiking but realize we have our limits when it comes to length or level of difficulty, though sometimes other peoples definition of easy to moderate might actually turn out to be a bit more than we bargained for. We don’t particularly care for traveling with crowds or on organized tours being shuttled around with a group of other folks, and we prefer to organize our trips ourselves and travel during the shoulder seasons to avoid crowds and minimize costs. And by taking advantage of earning and utilizing hotel and airline points through a variety of methods we add to our savings, hopefully we can share some of those details as well.
